These frameworks are accessible by all primary and secondary public sector organisations to procure services by direct award or mini competition. Whilst this case study is for property consultancy, ESPO provide many frameworks across all sectors.
This framework provides a great platform for organisations to be procured by new clients to which they are not an incumbent supplier on a framework. For example our client wishes to diversify their client base within the public sector, and was struggling to find a compliant route to be procured, so membership of this contract would break down this wall.

The bid was managed from identification to award. Our team provided management and writing services, coordinating input from technical specialists. Our team researched the government procedures in depth, referring to specific guidance making it easy for markers to award points. We selected case studies that demonstrated multidisciplinary services to cover all Lots being bid for.
Result:
The consultancy was successfully awarded all lots across all regions of the UK. Our client scored highly on quality, out bidding several multinationals and market leaders.
