Our Foundations

Valence was created to support organisations through change and drive growth. 

During our early years we focused on Bid Management Consultancy, we recognised to help present our clients in their best light, we needed to ensure their back office was as efficient as possible. Gaining certifications, having documented procedures, sustainability plans, policies and training enable us to bid confidently and for more lucrative contracts. Hence the expansion to Valence, offering the full suite of support to enable clients to focus on their products and services, leaving the admin to us. 

We hand select our clients for their shared approach to business.

Our leadership team includes practiced Operations, Sales, Finance and Compliance directors.

Each has a multi-faceted background across several sectors, bringing solutions that are effective, tailored, and most of all simple. Our belief is that if something can be simplified, it should be.
